Notorious RED Return and Refund Policy

Notorious RED will refund your purchase if for some reason you are dissatisfied with our product, within 30 days of your purchase. You must obtain a return authorization to receive a refund.

If the problem with your product is a failed sprayer, we will send a replacement sprayer free of charge, including shipping, for one year from the purchase date.

Steps to return your NOTORIOUS Gear Deodorant and receive a refund:

  1. Email: customerservice@notoriousred.com with the subject "Return". Alternately you may use our contact form: http://notoriousred.com/content/10-contact-us and select "Returns/Refund" in the Subject Heading pulldown.
  2. The body of the email or message needs the following information:
    Customer Name on the order:
    Invoice #:
    Date:
    Reason for return:
  3. You will be given a return authorization and return shipping instructions. Customer pays cost and is responsible for return shipping.
